A public bus stop is located next to the complex. Shops and restaurants can be found nearby, the supermarket is in a distance of about 100 m. The shopping centres Jumbo and Gran Chaparral are in a distance of about 500 m and the City in about 1.000 m. Facilities: Complex of 124 renovated bungalows, reception, swimmingpool and a small seperated children pool in the garden with sun-terrace and sunbeds, poolbar and private parking.

Bungalow 1 – 3 person: Friendly furnished units on two floors, on the groundfloor you find the living/dining room (couch-bed for 3rd person), TV/SAT and safety-box for hire, a full equipped kitchenette and a terrace with a small garden; upstairs there is the seperate bedroom, the bathroom and the balcony. 1 Bed Room Bungalow: Bed Room with two beds 2 Bed Room Bungalow: 2nd Bed Room with bunk beds on the groundfloor.

Deposit to be paid by arrival 50 euros, which will be refunded by departure Boarding: Selfcatering Service: Cleaning (except kitchen/washing up) 5x per week, towel change 3x week, linen change 1x per week.
